You won't find 6 week bootcamps and generic low calorie BS diets with myself I'm afraid. I'm not driven by fast results. I'm not here for your quick before and after picture, take your money and never see you again until you pop up on someone else's bootcamp page. This isn't a dig at bootcamps either. Hear me out.

The fitness industry is full of fitness fanatics telling us what we should and shouldn't be doing: the things we should eat; when we should and shouldn't eat them; what supplements we should be shoving down our throats; how your form should look; what people used to look like before they started their Instagram fitness account vs now; daily life hacks (that someones probably just put together for some likes on TikTok). A lot of these things are posted without consideration of the reality of the audience. Body dysmorphias, EDs, OCD, stress, anxiety are just a few of the common mental health hurdles WE KNOW people are more likely to be suffering with if accessing online advice for health/fitness. 

I strive to provide my clients with honest, reliable and responsible advice and none of that is a quick fix. I have a passion to change the mindsets of those looking for the answer to start their lifestyle changes.

I was that sporty kid at school, enthusiastic about everything and anything fun. If it's not fun, I won't bother. My sporting career has been and is predominantly volleyball. A team sport that's hard to master but lots of fun. I have played and coached since I was 13 and I'm not sure what my life would look like without it. It's created a drive within me to provide a meaningful impact on people's energy, self-confidence, self-worth, self-belief and skills. I have created a community where girls, women and others support each other. 

The studio is an environment created as a safe place for people to feel confident learning to thrive in their fitness!
