Session and Plan Prices

All sessions for any of my face to face services are £45 for 1 hour.

Sessions are all initially available to be booked by up to 3 people at a time; you can secure any session as a Private 121 PT, Private Group PT or for any other private services.

GWTF App and Programme Prices

GWTF app costs £10 per month. There is a start-up fee for personalised programmes and only pay for check-in/reviews as and when you require.

GWTF Guidance is a helpful reference guidance to all of your essential nutritional needs.
